Geri,

Are you sing the "Minimum auto lower limit"? This is found in "Settings", "Thread feed". Check the setting on this setting , It defaults at a 1, but when sewsing caps set it at around 6 and see if this will help you......

Hi all...

Wondering if any of you could shed some light on this. I embroidered some
caps which usually is smooth sailing -- same logo I've used before. Ever
since I upgraded to the 7.00.112 version of both DS and OS, I've been
experiencing more thread breaks. The thread just seems to be pulled from the
needle. On the caps, I had a minimum of 8-15 thread breaks per cap. Is there
any known problems with this revision? The sewing is great. Not looping or
anything, just the thread breaks and that's frustrating. Any thoughts? I've
read on this board about a patch that addresses loops in the sewing but I'm
not experiencing this. Just the thread being pulled from the needle. I would
have blamed the design, but having sewing this design many times before
without problems, I know that's not it. Thank you in advance.

Geri
