Cassandra, What Thread Colors are they using? Are they using Madeira, or other thread colors, or are they giving you generic colors? If you know or have what colors from a different thread manufacturer, Design Shop will convert them for you. Right Click on a color in the Color Palette at the bottom. Then click on Properties. Select the thread type from the pull down menu that Great Notions is giving you colors of, if it is Madeira, select it, then enter the number or name of the color and press apply. This will set it to the Madeira color. After they are all set, then you can click on the Color Chart pull down to select the type of thread you want to convert the Madeira colors to, in this case it would be Arc Poly or Rayon, then click on Match Chart, then apply. All the colors will be converted to the new color chart and type. It may be a really stupid one but I give. I purchased stock embroidery designs from Great Notions. They give the colors but they aren't ARC which we use. How do I get their color numbers converted to ARC #'s? I've not worked with a stock design before in Design Shop. This is new for me. How do you tell the Design shop what colors to use in the stock design. I found the color palette and custom palette but I don't see where once I get the converted color numbers where to enter them so Design Shop makes the design look like what I bought. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -- Thank you, Cassandra Salmond Hurricane Vinyl Graphics, Signs & Embroidery 2814 S.
