Micro block or times also mini block works well. Adjust density (see alphabet sheets). You might think about mashing down the fleece with a low density fill the same color as the blanket as any lettering would be "lost" with real small lettering. If you don't have any of these fonts, I could send you a file with your text (you'd still need to do the underlay fill if you want). I don't have DS but I do have these fonts with Melco's Letera (saves in ofm format). Sanmar work jackets running now-only a couple, but did the fronts with the new speed clamp, no backing, auto feed running. Only stitch breaks was a nicked needle. Backs are running now, 33,000 stitches with wooden hoop inside the back. Next up-I have a chance to do some 'donation' of goods for the Chamber of Commerce Casino nite gifts. I'm going to do some fleece blankets-with their logo on it. Want to add our company name discretely on the other corner. What is the smallest, cleanest font (STOCK-one that comes with Designshop, not one I have to buy) that will give me good clean legible lettering? I don't think I've found it by trial and error yet-for 2 years we have never found the right font for lettering less than 1/2". I know it is there but what one, and what settings? Thanks to whomever fills me in!
