Hey John hi. It's those same dreaded two words... "small lettering" and "pique". Both tough for any embroiderer, on any machine, no matter how much experience they have. I recommend using the block, micro block, or open block at .18 with an additional 20-30% column width and if necessary 10% additional letter width. I usually use about 3.7-3.8 density with solvy on top, no short stitches. Hope that works; good luck! Can anyone provide some guidance on this? Havn't heard back from anyone. Out of curiosity, how many people are on this list? I looked at the Micro's that come with design shop and at their "minimum setting" listed on the code sheet, they still seem big.... At least bigger than we need for this logo. The Micro Block gives a minimum size of 20... And we probably need about an 18. Can anyone offer thoughts on how to get small fonts to sew out well on pique and what fonts/settings work best. You all have been great in helping us make the jump to the Amaya so far. We really appreciate it! - - - - - - - - Stacey & John Yaglenski Levelbest Embroidery I: www.levelbestembroidery.com P: 240.422.1321 F: 781.998.6473
