Not really Dorothy, if you look at the V you will see that there is a line 
at the top of it.
I think Lisa was looking for a font that looks like this

I think the closest thing would be Roman block or Times new roman without 
digitizing it.

Couldn't you just use the capitals of  i, v, c m, etc. from any  alphabet?
