Rod and my husband fixed my hat driver through all through pictures and
email--no one could believe it! Probably not the best circumstances to work
under, but if anyone can do it, Rod can! Where would this group be without
Rod??!!

I need Rod's phone number.....Rod have you ever worked on a machine through
a video chat? Or any other tech for that matter. I can set up a computer with a
video camera.
I have a needle down (after an encounter with a hat). I have been able to
get things going before but am having difficulty with this one. If I could get
it fixed without having a tech out, life would be good. Although I'm done for
Christmas, January will be quite busy and I'm not sure how long it will take
for
a tech to come with the holidays and all.
