IMHO, after scaling to that extent the issues of stitch length and type of 
element do come into play. Lets say you have a 14 point wide column and you 
reduce it 55%, it becomes a 6 point column that most likely won't sew very 
well. It may need to be replaced with a walk/walk bean. A large complex fill 
works best with a stitch length around 60-65. Smaller size fills work better 
in the 45-50 range. Again, this is just my opinion and I am open to 
constructive criticism.
