[amayausers] Rattling sound

Dear List, Can anyone point me in the right direction? A recent noise
has developed that sounds like something is loose. It happens when the
Amaya slows down to stitch a knot like at the beginning of a letter.
Sounds like something is loose in the X carriage. This machine has had
regular maintenance and oil when ever the software prompts it. Thanks
for any advice.
