Genie,
We never press the regular stop button, or next to never.  If the machine is
stopped it will not start again unless you press the green go....Don't be
afraid of it!  Remember all it can do to you is wreck a shirt or whatever
you are sewing on.  You have the safety bar there and unless you tell it to
do something it will not run on it's own.

You are taking the fun out of the job!  Relax and you will see the machine
will not beat you...you are in charge! :o)
