To tell you the truth our sizes are set up as separate items.  We set them
up that way originally and have not made a change.  I believe you are
correct when you say QuickBooks itself does not allow you to track sizes
under the same item. Most people handle this through their POS software. I have not looked at the current version of QuickBooks POS, but I believe you can do it there. It allows you to track styles and colors in a grid format. Thus, I am sure you can do it there. As I said before if you are a your get
Point of Sale Multi-store for only a few dollars more.  Most point of sale
programs I have used track inventory much better than QuickBooks alone. If
you need to track sizes and color as part of the same item then you might
want to look at adding a Point of Sale program.  You can use QuickBooks or
any of the many that interface with QuickBooks.
