Apparently my group is not the right one,
since my group start out fun
and turn into the "that's not what I asked for" group
by the time we're through!! : )
but it is cool to see the kids running around town wearing your stuff.
5 AM!?!?
That's just wrong!!
I'm more the 8:30 -9:00 at work but then I don't leave
till 9 PM usually!

Cascade doesn't really like me much anymore. I took alot of their little league and high school sports customers the last few years and they say I sell everything too cheap, but they are too expensive so I just say whatever. I deal with the leagues themselves and have picked up about 5 leagues so far. I do baseball hats at the beginning of the season and allstar hats, coaches shirts and allstar jackets. Its actually my favorite time of year cause they are all fun to work with although it is very stressful and I have to get up early ( I like to sleep til 7, but its 5 AM this time of year).

Hey Aaron,
Do you do contract work for Cascade Athletic?
or does Little league come directly to you.

I was whining about 50 hats front back and sides!
but I get to screen the uniforms and the sweatshirts
instead of embroidery and everyday they come in
and add more stuff and want deliver on the same day! (Friday)

Oh well, that time of year!

Shannon,

What type of needles are you using? On knits you should be using ball points. The sharps could cause holes. Also might want to look at density. Are the holes around the lettering? You might make the lettering less dense.

I would offer to look at your design but I just don't have time. I have over 300 Allstar hats (front, back, sides) to get done this week. Then I get to start on full back jackets and sweatshirts for Allstars, I expect around 250 of them this year :)

I have a project (promised last week) with 2 problems.

1) At the conclusion of each sew-out on the last stitch I got an X Y tracking error (design would fit in 15 hoop....was using 18 to avoid and this continued to happen).

2) Jackets turned out fine, as wll as thick polos. Majority of the order is a 60/40 blend. Holes were being made in the shirt at one point (not picked up by my helper) and now I must replace 4 polos....4 day ship....YUK!!!!!!

Could someone take a look at my design and tell me what is causing these 2 things?

Thanks!
Shannon
