[amayausers] Re: Problem Design or AMAYA ?????

We had exactly the same issue a month ago with the XY issue-and went over
things with service tech AND program tech. Cannot for the life of me
remember what exactly was wrong-but it was in the design and not the
machine. My wife remembers I had to go into designshop and either change a
fill or replace part of an image-and we also had to shut off the Amaya, quit
both programs, and restart everything.
Now I'm getting a Z motor error (I think) when I try to reposition a design
on the hat frame through the controls on the side. Had to quit everything,
go into Designshop, move the design there, and reload it. Then I could move
it a little without it crashing again. No idea why it's happening.
