Dear Sandra, Here's a price chart below that I copied from a sub contract shop that use to do our embroidery. I use this wholesale type of pricing for my salesman. I basically offer them sort of a wholesale price, based on a sliding scale with higher quantities costing them less. The minimum charge is for 3 thousand stitches. Where Q= Quanity of garments. This is only quantities to 71 our scale goes to 432 garments at 3K costs $1.15 ea. As you can see the place we copied this from has a lot of heads. But the chart gives you an idea of what we do. Q 1-2 Q 3-5 Q 6-11 Q 12-23 Q 24-47 Q 48-71 3K minimum 5.50 3.5 3.00 3.00 2.50 2.00 Each additional K (thousand) is .50 .50 .40 .35 .30 .20 .18 Hope this helps, don't really know if it's a standard. We use it based on a contract embroiderer in Reno who we used to send all of our embroidery to. If so, maybe some of you could answer via our email? AthenaAccents@xxxxxxx My partner and I are reflecting on our first year with our Amaya. We seem to have mastered the basics (and then some) of the Princess' many magical capabilities and now need to focus on bringing in more business. We are limited in time to "outreach" to local businesses in person (we both have other full time jobs) but have a potential salesperson in mind. Our question is: What type of commission scale or percentage is "standard"? I did read the archived post about an employee bringing in orders. The person we have in mind is a co-worker and good friend of mine with the gift of gab, charm, and need for a little extra money. Any ideas will help us out, thanks! Have a happy and thread break-free New Year!!! Kim and Bessie Athena Embroidery Accents
