[amayausers] Please HELP!!!!!

I have two jackets to finish and have at the football field at 7:30 a.m.
Loaded the design which well fits in the 18 cm hoop and got the DREADED beeping
warning signal The field is too small to accept the amount of data you
attempted to add try inserting or pasting less data ??????????????????????
I know I must delete the file and move on but don't remember how to. Anyone
still awake? Please call me and walk me through this.
