Aaron, I was looking at stadriemblems and was seeing 19.50/ patch + shipping. Digitizing and artwork are free. I was just thinking that 22.00 (which would be my cost at stadri was itself expensive and was thinking how do I up sell to 30.00. I will also check with patch supply and see how much they would quote mine for. How reliable are they? I am having Patch Supply do some for me overseas. They are 6.5" round 80% coverage patches and it cost $50 to digitize (patches under 4" are free setup) and Qty of 25 the prices quoted were 25 $5.90, 50 $4.90, 100 $4.25 and approx turnaround time is 4-5 weeks. You can pay an extra 25% for a 2-3 week turnaround (I think thats right). ANyways, I am having 50 done at my cost of $4.90 and I am charging the customer $8 and they pay the setup charge. www.patchsupply.com is who I go through for my patches of 50 or more. 50 is normally their minimum but I think on the larger ones they will do less quantity. Back to your questions, if you are paying $22 each I would charge at least $30 but not sure what your market can bear. The people I am doing them for got them for $8 last time so I just matched their old price and make $3 each for sending art and colors off to my patch company. Makes it pretty easy.
