Well, we picked up machine number 3 the other day which has the original thread 
break sensor, and tested it.  On two slices of 1.5 oz. cutaway and a design 
that doubled back over itself a number of times, it looked like 95-99% of the 
time, it ran at a 1.  

BTW, something good about the latest version... I can confirm that the program 
is now Vista 64bit compatible and the network stack does indeed work.  So, 
those of you who were worried about getting a new computer with Vista and the 
64 bit version can rest easy now.  It works just fine.
