Thanks for your response, Cindy
We have an older model of the Amaya and just upgraded to the XT...so I
already had the flex dongle. I think by inputing a series of code/serial
numbers it will upgrade your existing dongle also. It appears that the
problem we were having is with the connection cable not being compatable
with our ethernet hub. We had a spare ethernet cable here at our shop and
tried it on the XT and all is up and running.
Again we want to express our thanks to this list and especially Lee and
Aaron. Because of the time of night, we were not able to contact Tech
Support and it would have been a very lonely and frustrating evening with
out their direction and support.
