Hi Juli, Yes, I made sure the bobbin was in correctly. I also cleaned it and
cleaned under the feeder etc. I had originally thought it was my design but I
am running a design I have always used. It runs ok on my other machine. Just
very frustrating.... Thank you for your help. I will keep looking.
