I noticed the actifeed sticking...tightened up the bobbin and that did help. Noticed it kept doing it when I was using magnetic bobbins...hmmmmmm, stopped using them, problem solved on light fabric. On hats, no difference-also no sticking! Another post said to rotate the 'round bar' behind the thread on the front plate, carefully! It spins around. I did notice and mentioned here before that with actifeed running, the 'settings' you can read in the little window are way low compared to what you would normally set-hats running at 4-8 instead of 15, etc. So it is really making a difference! BUT IT WORKS!!!!!!! Jeff has said he wished they didn't put that window in so you couldn't see the settings...but I like it-in case I have to override the actifeed-I have a better idea of what MT to start with.
