I use a 70/10 when doing smallist, but no tinny letters, but use 40# thread
with it. I keep a log of needle changes and the problem: reg maint, broken,
etc. Sometimes I look at the log and notice that I haven't changed a needle in
6 mos. Way too long! Needles are cheap - I buy by the 100.
