No the feeder gear is working properly. I phoned Melco and their suggestion is
to use two layers of the cap backing and some adhesive spray. I am going
downstairs to try this now, but am a little skeptical. I just don't want to
cause any major trouble with the machine while I'm testing these suggestions.
