Editing tools are all that's needed to make changes to existing design
elements. The Design Shop level has these tools plus basic digitizing.
The next level Design Shop Pro includes advanced digitizing features and
auto digitizing. What you have may meet your needs if you plan to just
digitize occasionally for yourself.
If you still need help with the design let me know and I can look at it.
