I believe what the techs in Denver are instructing the operator to do is to go
into "Maintanance" go to the Thread Feed column and click on "Home".
Then go thru each roller and click on the +- step tabs to get the thread feed
gears to all line up again.......the sharp clicking/snapping you are hearing is
the main thread feed drive gear that is not lined up properly with the
individual thread feed roller gears.....
