There is a book on animal towel folding? What is the name of it?

While we were all in class (on the cruise), my hubby went to the class on
folding the towels in the shape of animals. He even bought the book. We leave
a couple of towels out on the coffee table along with the book, and when the
grands come over, they spend an amazing amount of (quiet) time figuring out how
to do it. And they are so excited when they finally produce a recognizable
animal! What a wonderful idea.
