Couple of things you can do.
1) reduce the size of your design
2) Turn off the hoop limits and do a trace - several times if necessary - to
see if it will really work or not. This is not for the newbie or the faint of
heart, but if it traces OK then you should be all right.
Or you can do a combination of 1 and 2.
