Guessing you replaced the ethernet cable and ethernet card?

I have seen ethernet cards go bad - and they only run about $15 at most
stores including WALMART. Might be worth buying one and trying it out.

Also another solution (if you havn't tried it and you have your network card
drivers) is to uninstall the network card from the device manager. Shut
down the computer and then let window find the network card again. I have
seen instances where a device driver gets corrupted and stops functioning.
Of course, popping in a new card essentially does this ;)

Find it odd that it would be a motherboard. But anythings possible. You do
have a UPS connected to the machines to avoid power spikes and brown out
damage right?

Good luck. Will be interested to hear what it is...

This is not good. Talked with melco techs and we have run thru every
scenario on computer and the AMAYA. They are sending a new mother board.
We have reloaded, deleted, added, tested, reset, you name it. Now the OS
will not load at all. Stay tuned will let you know how the mother board
install goes.

Tom,
You may need to configure the machine again. Have you tried that?
