Wendy,

I have been looking into it as well. It seems there is more problems than
what we would like. The last couple of weeks there have been outages due to
electrical storms. We use backup power, but when the storms hit and power
goes unstable, they are purposely shut down to protect them. On top of that,
the errors like you are getting are becoming more abundant as well. These
errors are caused by software itself and something abnormal in the way your
account may be setup. I suggest writing to webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and let
him of your issues.

A manager of the MelcoMart and order department by the name of Di Ann
Wayland can be reached at dwayland@xxxxxxxxxx Please contact her as well.
She will try and get your account straightened out so it works correctly.
According to her, the problem has pooped up the last 6 months or so and they
have been working on it to get it corrected. If it does not get fixed soon,
the possibility if a new WEB site has been discussed.

Jeff,
Haven't been able to check e-mail until today, sorry I couldn't get back to
you earlier. This is the error message copied and pasted from the MelcoMart
site when I try to use it.....There has been an error. Technical Support has
already been notified. Thank you for your patience!.....
I'll see if your suggestion helps in anyway but I haven't made any changes
so my computer or internet access for along time so not sure if the problem
could be on my end. I'll let you know if "cleaning house" helps.
