I have an Amaya XT V9 purchased used and have owned it for a year. Had a tech
come out and do complete check last April. I kept up with
routine maintance. Last week I started hearing loud metal noises with speeds at
900 or greater, and with side to side stitches. After much reading, I think it
might be the X-cable tension? Any suggestions. The nearest tech is a few hrs
away and I really can't afford a visit at this time...travel cost is a killer!
Appreciate any advise.
