Yes, misspell the name and use a different font. I know this is not what
you wanted to hear.

  Hi Rod...

  Thanks for the quick response!
Is there any way to get this done without the fear of a lawsuit?

I am not an expert in the copyright field but I would say that if it
is placed on a garment for other than your own use, it could spell trouble
and even then if worn at the wrong place at the wrong time...well???

Can I use the phrase "Lord of the rings"....Macedon font...single
color?? Is this still considered copyright infringement?
        Please advise!
        Thanks...
