Are you running auto acti-feed--what's the material thickness when the looping happens? Also, how have you've checked your bobbin--it's there, drop test and/or checking for trapped lint? I check the bobbin (ok), I check the threading (ok), and can't seem to locate the trouble. Anyone else have this? It doesn't matter the design or needle either. It's sporadic. I have to babysit this one machine lately until I figure out what's causing this. Wondering if it's the early phase of something more serious.
