Are you running auto acti-feed--what's the material thickness when the
looping happens? Also, how have you've checked your bobbin--it's there, drop
test
and/or checking for trapped lint?

Hi all,

Every so often, not consistently by any means, while a design is stitching
out, the sewing starts embroidering with large loops on top and I have to
stop the machine and pull that part of the design out (which is easy
because it's very very loose), retrack back to where it started the
"looping" and
re-sew. I check the bobbin (ok), I check the threading (ok), and can't
seem to locate the trouble. Anyone else have this? It doesn't matter the
design
or needle either. It's sporadic. I have to babysit this one machine lately
until I figure out what's causing this. Wondering if it's the early phase
of something more serious.
