The nice thing about doing animal designs is that sometimes you do not 
necessarily need to find the specific breed .... you just have to find 
something close and then use the appropriate colors.

In the case of the Maine-Anjou cattle, they are a heavier muscled breed, polled 
[no horns] and the colors generally will be a dark redish-brown with amounts of 
white on legs and lower body or a solid black. Find out from the breeder that 
you will be doing the work for, what color his cattle tend to be and then 
search the various design sites for cattle designs [seeking the look of the 
Maine-Anjou, not necessarily the color].
