I don't know if it's the software, machine, PC or connection between all of the above. However, this is why I recommend that you always save the work you do in DS in case you have to start over again. Even if you are going to only sew the design one time, you can save it in a folder called "junk" or "one time sew outs" and always delete it later when all is good. If your machine continues to say "loading RSA and CSA files" in a continuous loop, shut your machine and software down and always remember that when you turn your system on, to turn AOS on first, wait for the "grey screen" and then turn your machine on and let it boot up. When you turn DS on makes no difference as it runs apart from the Amaya OS software.
