Stubby Tails,
Sometimes a file can get lost when sending from AOS to DS and visa versa. I
don't know if it's the software, machine, PC or connection between all of the
above. However, this is why I recommend that you always save the work you do
in DS in case you have to start over again. Even if you are going to only sew
the design one time, you can save it in a folder called "junk" or "one time sew
outs" and always delete it later when all is good.
If your machine continues to say "loading RSA and CSA files" in a continuous
loop, shut your machine and software down and always remember that when you
turn your system on, to turn AOS on first, wait for the "grey screen" and then
turn your machine on and let it boot up.
When you turn DS on makes no difference as it runs apart from the Amaya OS
software.
Sincerely,
Ed
