[amayausers] Lemon-A Technical Question for AMAYA experts

Can the new XT main boards reset themselves to think that they are running an 
older Machine. Is there an explanation for loose cable connections on a new XT. 
Will an Old XT board in a machine  clash with the rest of the  electronics of a 
new XT
