I'm heartbroken.....although I had never met him in person, he was so
helpful. I will greatly miss him and his store of knowledge!
I too will be praying for his family as they experience this loss especially
at this time of year. Can we send cards to his family via Melco? I sure
would like them to know how much he helped me.

Wow - I didn't know he was ill.
Jeff was always great to deal with and always looked out for us here on the
group - even if it was behind the scenes. He had a quirky sense of humour
much like my own being from the IT side of things.
He will certainly be missed. It's a sad day here for all of us.

With a heavy heart and a great deal of sorrow I wanted to inform those of
you who knew him that Jeff Banks from Melco passed away yesterday.
Jeff was very helpful and patient in helping with software related issues.
I am sure there are many of you that he has helped with an issue or answered
a question on the list that was helpful.
I am attempting to get some contact information from Melco so those of you
that wish to can send condolances to the family.
