I always - well almost always - resize the graphic to the final size I want
before bringing it into DS. I use PSP and resize the graphic to 254 Pixels per
inch then set the size in inches. When it comes into DS, it will not change
size. I believe it is better to resize outside of DS, but I may be wrong about
that.
