Not at this time. Columns can't be easily combined. Although, if you have the
time, you could convert your colums over to fill stitches, then combine them,
then convert back over to columns. Although you'll find you may not like the
stitch directions. You will find it's faster to butt your colums together and
if borders are required, simply create them yourself.
