Looking at what David posted, we had the very same problem with one of our new
XT's about six months ago. Denver sent out a refurbished motherboard and a new
Y motor. Fixed the problem right away. Techs in Denver said they didn't know
exactly what causes this problem, but changing out the motherboard and Y motor
fixes it.
