[amayausers.com] Hooping machine error reading

I keep recieving an error telling me something about my Sequins Hoop limit is
over. I never have had the Sequins attachment nor do I have the hoop listed as
available hoops. The machine will not trace nor run. I have shut everything
down and restarted everything and it still is the same. Are there any techs
out there that can help me!!!!!!!!!!!!
