I recently purchased the Durkee 24 x 24 hoop. Juli in Kona was kind enough to
send me the info to set up the hoop, and I've double and triple checked all of
the numbers, they match.
Yet when I load a design and choose the hoop, the trace feature in DS and OS
both show the design will fit the hoop. At the machine keypad, it won't trace,
it doesn't even begin to move before I get the Hoop Limit Detected error
message.
I thought maybe the first design was a little close to the limits and tried
again with another design roughtly 3 by 4 inches with the same results. If I
turn off the hoop limits it will trace, but I don't feel comfortable turning
off the limits.
Note I'm using DS and OS version 700.018.
Help???
