Good morning all, First off, this is NOT how I wanted to start out my week. First thing this morning I was stitching out a name 2" tall, children's block. I heard a "thump", not loud, just a thump and the lettering shifted. So I ended up with a line not being straight. It was straight until the thump and then everything shifted and continued to stitch straight but off to the right about 2 mm. So I attempted to then stitch out another name 2" tall, Juliette font and it did the same thing at two points in the "A" and then again at one spot in the "v". I rehoooped and attempted to stitch out again. The "A" stitched out fine, so I figured it was just a fluke, but then on the "v", a thump, and a shift. Stitch out continued fine until the "r" and then it happened again. I have no idea where to start to look for what might be wrong. I am on the East Coast and Melco is not open yet!!
