Hi Glen,
The version 6.08.522 software has an update for it that updates the RSA/CSA
files which are loaded into the machine when it is turned on. If you go to
the Maintenance menu and look at the General TAB, it will tell you the
versions of everything you are running. The updated RSA file should be
version 3.23 and the updated CSA files should be 1.76. Is this what your
machine shows? If it shows the RSA as 3.13 you need the update.
If not,
The new RSA/CSA update can be downloaded from
http://home.comcast.net/~banksje/Melco/2005_5_update.exe. Just click on the
link and the download should start automatically. Put this file into the
Amaya computer, (either by copying it to a floppy or perhaps the Internet is
connected directly to it?) and then double click on it from Windows
explorer. It will extract and install the new files automatically.
Another thing to do is to make sure that force download is on. Check this
by going to the Tools/Options then on the Ethernet TAB make sure there is a
check mark in the force download box.
