It's Happy Bunny? embroidery design software is licensed to the original
customer for personal embroidery use. These embroidery designs cannot be
sewn on items for resale.
Dakota Collectibles is distributing It's Happy Bunny? embroidery design
software ("the Product") under a license from J.K. Benton Design Studio,
Inc. The Studio, or the artists whose work is licensed through the Studio,
retain all of the artistic rights (intellectual property rights) in the
Product. You cannot copy the artwork, software, or promotional materials.
Our license, with the Studio, contains retrictions upon the sale and resale
of the Product.

Hi all,
Someone (Impressions Embroidered Apparel) had purchased the Happy Bunny
designs with intent to re-sell discovering later that was not ok? If you no
longer want it and it can be tranferred, I might be interested in buying it.

daughter and her friends are Happy Bunny fans. You can email me privately.
