I agree. Grommet at the top. Embroidery center bottom. (I have had a couple
customers ask me to put the embroidery on other places of a towel for some
unknown reason but you might to send your customer an email or call just to
confirm the placement.)

Usually the golf towels end up folded with a grommet at the top, if
unfolded, grommet in top left corner.
So you put the small image on the bottom 'center' of the trifold so
it shows, or the bottom 'right corner' at an angle-so it reads
correctly when hanging from the grommet.
I do towels for 'bars'-without the grommet. Same image used for their
teeshirts, we center it lengthwise on the towel. Don't know what they
do with them-maybe have 'teams' show up at sport events where they
are and wave them? Never asked...
