I do them all the time-full color (digital print heat apply) or direct solid
color cut heat apply vinyl.
I get the blanks only from Creative-their setup and imprint charges are
outrageous, but blank prices are great.
The majority of what I sell are the 8' long '4 sided' that drape to the floor,
and they fit 6' tables fine.
