Depending on size of collar, you can use sticky backing in a hoop and lay
the collar on it.  The better alternative is to get the FastFrames dog
collar or Karate Belt Hoop (About $279).  I think that it is on melco's
site.

I would appreciate knowing if you here of a source for the collars.
