After looking long and hard at garmet printers, we went with the Epson 4880
Hybrid solution. Half ChromaBlast, Half DyeSub.
Looking at the accounting, I just had a hard time figuring out how I was going
to get my $15k back with the expensive cost of the inks and the high level of
entry.
So, for roughly $3-4k, we got a system that produces excellent stuff
sublimation wise, and comparible quality on the chroma blast to many direct to
garment stuff out there.
