Since the last time we posted with questions, we have been able to resolve all
of our machine issues and I think we have the machine under control. Our new
issue we feel is digitizing related. The first design I digitized, I let the
Design shop do it for me initially, and I went in and edited what it had done
automatically and the design ran beautifully! Now when we digitize something
from scratch - it does not run smoothly at all, A LOT of thread breaks and it
looks like it is feeding WAY too much thread. This is a small design, but it
has not run correctly yet and no matter what we change, it does not seem to
help. When we switch to a purchased design, no problem (really great for my
ego). What are we doing wrong? Also, do you stitch out exp files or ofm
files? Does it make a difference. Thanks in advance

Shell & Eric
