Guessing you need a service call and that your belts need to be retensioned.
That's my initial thought at least on what could cause the same design to
sew out differently on two amayas.

Dear Amaya users!

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction before I have to
call a tech to come out to service one of my Amaya machines.

I own two Amayas and frequently use them both on the same order...however in
the last month one of the Amayas sews out all of the column stitches
SIGNIFICANTLY heavier than the other Amaya. The density is set the same on
both machines...and I'm loading the same design...

They both sew out the logos without problems but I can't use both machines
on the same job because the logos look too different (sigh).=20

Any ideas?
