I had not attached the image, Steve (and others)...was wondering if I was following the wrong steps. I have the graphic images on disk from Vector Collection, one disk is dxf, other disk is ai (.art) and .eps. Dxf doesn't 'show' in designshop, and I tried the same image in ai and .eps. One of the versions came out as a horrible explosion like a plate of spaghetti...the other one had the image perfect, but cannot convert it! I do have Design Shop Pro.... so it should work! I did not try to do the entire image-learned last year that just makes a disaster. Tried ONE piece at a time and still crash the program.
