I have a new machine and I have had problems with the lazer feature too. I
just knew that it was not registering because I also get two beeps instead of
one as in the video! :) but, I have found if the design does not fit the
hoop it will not work, and sometimes I have to hit the lazer button and center
button a few times for it to register. Hopes this helps!
